If I could turn my brain into a product, it would be xTiles

Designers, creators, teams, and people who just want things to make sense use xTiles to organize their ideas and daily work. Here's what they've got to say

If I could turn my brain into a product, it would be this.

    PhilipPublisher

It is probably the cleanest app that I've used, and I have used a lot.

This is the first time that I'm like, okay, I can hang on to this — pay for it — and know that three months from now I won't say, oh, I hate this, I'm starting over again.

    KerriADHD User

I've told a whole heap of other friends about xTiles.

Why this is strong: It is incredibly concise, offers a great feature metaphor ("never-ending notepad"), and perfectly summarizes the main competitive advantage xTiles has over Notion (less exhausting setup).

    Sara

I love how easy it is to start using without feeling overwhelmed.

I've tried things like Notion, but the interface and tools felt overwhelming to me.

I love how quickly and easily I can make it look 'pretty' without too much effort.

This is big for my ADHD and the novelty that helps me want to use tools more.

    MoniqueUser & Content Creator

xTiles is the perfect blend between tools.

Your app is the best out of all.

I've tried Notion, Airtable, Motion — and there was something wrong with all of them.

But I quickly connected with xTiles.

I'm using it more as a visual second brain.

As someone who considers themselves neurodivergent, I love the flexibility of being able to just put stuff down, and then how easy it is to move stuff around.

I've tried lots of apps (at least 15 different apps, ranging from list apps to project management apps) to find something that works for me, and xTiles has really clicked.

I use xTiles every single day, honestly.

Especially for the way my brain works, xTiles has been the best planner for me out of anything I've tried.

    KryzaBrand Designer & Strategist

Genuinely xTiles has helped me so much personally and professionally.

MkutajiCultural Producer, Creative Researcher & Artist @mkutaji.com

xTiles has changed the game for me regarding managing my daily/weekly tasks and ensuring that I don't miss anything.

All in all, xTiles has helped me conflate and centralise the ideas and thoughts that have been living in my head and in various notebooks/online documents.

I have also shared it with many of my family and friends, and they are amazed at the different features.

MoniqueProject Manager for an electrical company

I never stayed consistent with anything until I used the xTiles product.

It's like having 100 sticky notes at your fingertips, but you don't have to worry about them blowing away or forgetting where you put them, because I can search for everything.

    AlinaGraphic and Motion Designer

I am a Graphic and Motion Designer, Mom, and I have ADHD.

I lost my job last year so I was looking for a tool compatible with my chaos.

This tool is great for a person with ADHD but I feel like it has the potential for any small or medium business or startups.

I will recommend this tool for any new business I get to work with.

    xTiles took our breath away.

It's really close to being the dream tool — more freedom than restrictive tools like Notion.

    SandraExecutive Assistant

I became a paid member, like, the second day.

xTiles is, like, the perfect blend — between Notion and OneNote, like a bullet journal.

I love that I can put pictures because I like something that looks nice.

    Summer (Diselva)Entrepreneur & Community Leader

xTiles is the first page I open when I wake up and sit in front of my desk.

    MarleneSelf-employed Accountant

I've tried a lot of similar apps — Sunsama, Motion, Notion, Microsoft Planner, Trello — but xTiles fits me the best.

I'm AuDHD, so I need organization, but also room for chaos and creativity.

It's the first app where I can put everything together — work and personal life — and organize it like a physical planner or bullet journal.

It's also less complicated to understand than Notion, which is a big plus.

    AngelinaSelf-employed Accountant

I use xTiles mainly as a never-ending notepad for different projects and really enjoy its flexibility and intuitiveness.

It reminds me of Notion but it's not as exhausting to set up and maintain.
